KURT ANGLE vs. THE ROCK
Four months ago, Kurt Angle pinned The Rock to become World Wrestling Federation Champion. The win capped off Angle's amazing rookie season in sports entertainment.
Since then, Angle has held onto his title against all odds, fighting off such opponents as Stone Cold Steve Austin, the Undertaker, Triple H, Kane, Rikishi, and even The Rock.
But the People's Champion is seething. The Great One wants to headline WrestleMania for the third year in a row, and the only way for him to do that is to regain his Federation Championship.
Can The Rock become the first six-time Federation Champion in history? If it's up to the People's Champion, then Angle's four-month reign will come to an end at No Way Out! But considering his track record, don't count the Olympian out just yet!

STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN vs. TRIPLE H
The rivalry between Stone Cold and Triple H is quite possibly the most intense in World Wrestling Federation history. At No Way Out, the two men will meet in a match which will shake the Federation to its very foundation!

It will be no ordinary match, however. Triple H earned the right to name stipulations -- and he made it count. The match will be two out of three falls, with the first fall being a regular match, the second fall being a street fight, and the third fall (if necessary) being a cage match!

STEPHANIE vs. TRISH
The relationship between Mr. McMahon and Trish Stratus has been the subject of much scrutiny as of late. While the Federation chairman says that he and Stratus are just friends, and while Stratus claims to be in a romantic relationship with William Regal, recent events between the two indicate that their relationship might not just be of a friendly nature.
One person who believes that Trish and Mr. McMahon are more than just friends is Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley. The thought of Trish and her father together sickens Stephanie.
Stephanie and Trish have had numerous confrontations in recent weeks, and at No Way Out, they will meet one-on-one, in a match which could leave the entire McMahon family hanging in the balance!

Tag Team Championship
DUDLEYS vs. EDGE & CHRISTIAN vs. KANE & TAKER
An old expression states that blood is thicker than water. If that's true, then this Triple Threat Match for the Tag Team Championship could be one of the most intense matches in history, when three sets of brothers lock horns!
Since their reunion just prior to the Royal Rumble, Kane and the Undertaker have been closer than ever. More importantly, they are undefeated as a team, and they will look to add some gold around their waist at No Way Out!
Edge & Christian are five-time champions, looking to become the first six-time champs in Federation history! Knowing their history, they could come out on top!
But don't count the Dudleys out just yet. The masters of the 3-D are feisty competitors, and if they get the table, Buh Buh Ray and D-Von could have yet another successful title defense!

All The Kat wanted to do was get naked. But Steven Richards and the Right to Censor didn't want her naked body to warp young minds, so they didn't allow it.
Then they decided to get physical with The Kat. It was at that point that Jerry Lawler just couldn't take it anymore.
The match between The King and the leader of the Right to Censor has huge ramifications. If Richards wins, then Kat belongs to the Right to Censor. If King wins, then Richards will allow Kat to disrobe at No Way Out!
